Construction of a Class A Firefighting Burn Tower
Windsor Severance Fire Rescue is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for the design and construction of a Class A Firefighting Burn Tower. The tower will be used for training firefighters in realistic fire scenarios and must be constructed using shipping containers.
Proposals will be due on or before February 23, 2026.
