Owner’s Representative Services for Fire Training Facility Development and Construction for Windsor Severance Fire Rescue

Windsor Severance Fire Protection District d/b/a Windsor Severance Fire Rescue (WSFR) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide Owner’s Representative (Owner’s Rep) services for the planning, design, procurement, and construction of a new Fire Training Facility. The project will include the construction of a shop, a burn tower, an apparatus training lot, and a classroom building and instructional building (training building) to support fire training and operational readiness.

The selected Owner’s Representative will act in WSFR’s best interest throughout the development process, providing guidance, coordination, oversight, and technical expertise from pre-design through project closeout.
